4. Location:
Location of Alluvial Soil. |
i.Extends on the North Plains.
ii. On the deltas of Mahanadi, Krishna, Kaveri and Godavari.
iii. Some parts of Rajasthan and Gujarat.
5. Features:-
i.Very fertile
ii.Ideal for rice wheat sugarcane and other cereals crops and pulses.
iii. Alluvial soil is most wide spread soil in India.
